Information we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect:
- your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number;
- the treatment you’re interested in, the best time to reach you and your message;
- the IP address of the submission and the page it came from, to block automated (spam) submissions.
Please don’t include detailed medical information in the form: we’ll discuss it in person during your consultation.
How we use it
This information is used only to answer your request, book an appointment and follow up on your relationship with the clinic. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising without your consent.
Sharing with third parties
Your information may be processed by our technical providers (website hosting and email service), only for the purposes described here. Some services built into the site may receive your IP address when you visit a page:
- Google Fonts (typefaces) and Google Maps (the map on the Contact page);
- Cloudflare Turnstile, if the anti-robot check is enabled on the form.
These providers may store data outside Québec.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. The third-party services listed above may set their own technical cookies.
Retention and security
Requests are kept for as long as needed to answer them and follow up on your file, then securely destroyed. Access is limited to the people who need it, and the site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to sue@medisueesthetique.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
